Schools event: Be a paper mathemagician
Important: this event has passed!
Paper folding is a favourite pastime for both children and adults. However, paper folding is more than just a creative hobby, it can be used as an entertaining way to learn mathematics, particularly its geometric aspects.
Can you fold a square from A size paper? Can you make Islamic patters using paper squares, triangles and other polygons? Can you make a fold-away-in-your-pocket tetrahedron? Come along to this exciting and interactive maths session to find out.
This event is for schools, although home educators are welcome too. Please book all tickets online.
